Where does artextreme ship to?
artextreme.ca ships to anywhere in Canada and the continental U.S. We do not ship to any other countries at this point in time. All shipping takes place through Fedex.
How much does shipping cost?
Our standard shipping rate is $14.50. This is a flat rate and applies to your entire order, no matter the quantity or size. The only exception is if you live in a remote area, in which case we add a $25.00 surcharge (even if you qualify for free shipping). You will be notified by email if this applies to your shipment. If you live in Nunavut, NWT, or the Yukon, the $25.00 surcharge will always apply.
We offer Free Shipping on all orders over $200.00
What if I want to pick up my art prints?
If you’re close to Barrie, Ontario, you can pick-up your order from our production facility at 1-18 Alliance Blvd (St. Vincent & Bellfarm Rd). Just order online, choose the ‘ Local Pick-Up’ option on the shipping page during checkout, and we will contact you to make the arrangements to pickup your package when it is ready.
Will my shipment arrive safely?
We package all of our shipments very carefully and ship only with FedEx. The vast majority of our shipments arrive in perfect condition but just in case yours doesn’t, all of our shipments are fully insured, so should any damage occur during shipment, you are completely covered and we’ll send a replacement out immediatly.
How long does it take to produce my art print?
Each piece is different, depending upon the artist (some sign each piece) and what the art is printed on. The times listed below are an average and can be affected by a lot of factors, but we’ll let you know as soon as you piece ships.

- Fine Art Prints 2-4 Business Days
- Canvas 3-7 Business Days
- Metal Prints 8-12 Business Days
- Acrylic Prints 8-12 Business Days
How long will it take until my package arrives?
That depends upon your location. FedEx is quite reliable and prompt and we’ve found that within Canada, most packages arrive within 3 business days. U.S. shipping takes a little longer but still usually no more than 5 business days. Artextreme is located in Barrie, Ontario, Canada, so your shipping time may increase the further you are from our location. For remote locations, Canada or United States, up to 10 additional days may be required.
